I work well with older teens, women and couples. I am experienced with mood disorders such as anxiety, depression and bipolar. I am trained in EMDR and TFCBT for treatment of trauma, and currently am training in the specialty of Perinatal Mood Disorders.
Sharon holds a MS in Counseling and uses sound CBT therapy principles to help you find your way through life's difficulties. She is trained to work through traumatic experiences using TF-CBT and EMDR. Sharon enjoys working with women of all ages and phases of life.
