I help guide creative, motivated, open, and spiritually-minded individuals on their journey to reconnect and reintegrate with their true selves, and I also offer psychedelic integration sessions. It can be difficult to manage (or even face) all the feelings that come with depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or cultural identity. Perhaps you're feeling lost right now, but you just know that there's a path and a purpose specific to you. There is a way to feel aligned in all areas of your life, and to live in true fulfillment and joy!
I incorporate art therapy, parts work, sensorimotor therapy, mindfulness, visualization, and meditation in helping you (re)discover the tools that are already within you, so that you can grow, heal, and learn to be okay with yourself, the world around you, and what is. We work together to figure out where you want to be, and find a clearer path to get there.
I am committed to providing a truly safe space where you can be yourself in all of the glorious madness and cosmic humor of what it is to be human. There may be tears, and there will definitely be laughter, but there is no right or wrong in how you show up here. I welcome the messiness of self work! It's what makes the ride worthwhile and bitter turn sweet.
