I have been a psychotherapist for 30 years. It has been a great privilege for me to work with individuals and couples as they try to solve their life problems. I am committed in establishing a safe, warm and nonjudgmental space for my clients to get in touch with their feelings and seek ways to improve the quality of their lives and relationships. I am also a firm believer that laughter can help our work when appropriate.
I see clients who struggle with depression, anxiety and substance abuse. I also work with people who have ADD/ADHD. I have been a medical social worker and have an expertise in working with medical issues. I am equally comfortable with male and female clients.
I work in a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and mind-body approaches. I also work with individuals and couples who have sexual issues.
