Everyone experiences challenges in their lives. I prefer to walk alongside you as you discover how to heal and move forward to the life you imagined. You are the expert and I am the guide. Wellness, grief, bereavement, adoption, trauma, aging, chronic illness have been the primary focus of my work. Using solution focused, trauma centered, mindfulness and CBT strategies have been most effective in my work. No charge for 15 minute consultation to determine if we would be a good fit. I was born and raised in the Midwest and moved to Alaska in 1975. My life has always been filled with horses or dogs and the outdoors.
