My goal as a psychologist is to help people work through difficulty using all forms of treatment options and modalities. I draw from my own multitude of experiences incorporated with a comprehensive work and educational background. I work on all levels of consciousness and being. I believe humans have an unlimited capacity to change and persevere if they are willing.
I specialize in the field of substance abuse and co occurring mental disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, family dynamics, PTSD, ADHD and early childhood trauma. I also specialize in geri psych and working with age related depression, cognitive decline and end of life issues. I facilitate individual, group therapy and couple's therapy.
