I believe we’re all doing the best we can with the tools and experiences life has given us. I help clients find relief from anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties (couples/relational work), traumas (emotional and/or physical) and low self-esteem. Providing a therapy experience that is free of judgment or shame and having client's feel heard and understood is my priority - this is especially important in my work with couples.
Having a background in International Studies, and being an immigrant myself, helps me have deeper empathy and understanding when working with clients with various multicultural stories. I'm also an LGBTQ+ and Poly ally and have experience working with clients in this community.
I have a very friendly, relaxed, down to earth style. I work on relieving clients' present day challenges but also explore past experiences to identify and address root causes, behavioral patterns, and unconscious values/beliefs.
