Deciding to seek therapy can be a wonderful yet intimidating decision. Many of my clients seek therapy to improve their coping skills in managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health and life struggles. They may be struggling with parenting a tween or teen or working effectively with their co-parent. Some are looking for support in making behavior changes to improve their physical and mental health. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space to work through whatever your struggles may be.
I work to meet each client where they are utilizing an eclectic approach to therapy so that it is tailored for them. I often pull from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based, and family systems approaches. Therapy is an active process and sessions may be done individually, as a family, with co-parents, or a couple.
My passion for helping individuals and families navigate the difficulties in life has led me to start my own practice, Dynamic Family Counseling. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
