I am an experienced Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in providing psychotherapy to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders in individuals from adolescence through adulthood. I believe in evidence based therapy methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and various solution focused therapy models that will help you heal and grow.
