Understanding yourself and life can be quite a challenge, especially when roadblocks and hurt are thrown into the journey. If granted a handbook to navigate life, we'd all be well off. However, that is not our reality. Due to this very reason, I have dedicated my focus to better support individuals to strengthen their mental health and regain the control of their journey no matter their life circumstances. My unique and non-traditional style of therapy has built numerous therapeutic alliances and has help many adolescents, adults and families seek love, acceptance, peace, and balance.
I specifically enjoy working with a wide variety of individuals with mental health diagnoses. The areas include (but are not limited to) depressive disorders, anxiety, adjustment disorders, PTSD, substance use disorders, suicidal ideations, self-esteem, and trauma related disorders.
