I specialize in comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, relationship conflict, behavior and emotion dysregulation, and self-harming. Whether you're struggling with relationship or family issues, work stress, or overwhelming emotions, I'm here to support you. Together, we’ll identify the goals that are important to you and strategies to help move you in a new direction. We'll work specifically on coping skills to help you tolerate and shift painful emotions, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, build more effective habits, and start creating a life you actually want to live.
I provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy, an evidence-based treatment. My style is warm and interactive. During session, we will work actively on exploring goals, barriers, and effective solutions. Virtual DBT Skills Group
DBT is an evidence based treatment that was originally created to treat self harm, suicidality, and Borderline Personality Disorder. It has been proven to also be an effective treatment for those who have difficulty with regulating extreme emotions, experience low self-esteem, have patterns of unstable relationships, and engage in impulsive or self-destructive behaviors. DBT Skills Group covers the four core skill modules in DBT: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
