I offer a trauma-informed person centered approach and my specialties are IFS, CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed Yoga, Mind-Body-Spirit integration, Generational Healing, Reproductive Trauma and how stress leads to the health problems. Offering groups for women experiencing reproductive trauma and crisis.
Offering telehealth therapy and in person sessions for individuals couples and Groups. Current Groups are for women experiencing reproductive crisis and or trauma. Please see details below. Virtual sessions also available on weekends.
