As a Counselor and Life Coach, I have helped individuals achieve personal and professional goals. I apply strength-based methodologies, to decrease trauma, depression, and anxiety symptoms. My clients report better careers, lifestyles, relationships. The growth fostered in sessions is expressed through improved mood, finances, and coping skills in clients.
Experiencing firsthand trauma in my community motivated me to be a therapist. I am currently working to obtain my Ph.D. in Community Psychology to improve communities that have been impacting the way mine has.
