My practice, West Rose Therapy & Consultation, LLC, is currently accepting clients in KY & MI via telehealth videoconferencing only! I work with individual adults dealing with conflict, depression, anxiety, past/present trauma, relationship or family issues, or difficult life transitions. West Rose also has clinicians available to offer reduced fee services (i.e., $75 per session) for individual adult and adolescent clients.
When working with clients, my goal is to develop a restorative relationship, using an ecological lens and client-centered approaches. While my expertise is in trauma and trauma-informed practice, I also utilize an eclectic blend of evidence-informed techniques to help each unique client to achieve their goals.
