My name is Dr. Shano Rodgers and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Simi Valley, CA. I see clients statewide through telehealth and I specialize in treating anxiety, grief, depression, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Positive Psychology modalities to help my clients achieve their goals. My style and approach tend to be a good fit for parents who have challenges with their children, adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression or have experienced childhood trauma, as well as relational challenges, professionals who feel stuck, and older adults nearing or in retirement.
