Sometimes our experiences can impact how we navigate the world, our relationships with others, and ourselves. You don’t have to be alone. Together, we will develop skills and resiliency that allow you to address the root of your difficulties; So you can reclaim the life you were always meant to live.
I specialize in working with adults and youth (15+) experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. I'm a licensed social worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). In addition, I'm trained in CBT and EMDR. I use these modalities to aid in processing difficult emotions caused by depression and anxiety, to move toward adaptive resolutions.
My client-centered approach enables me to be innovative and supportive to my clients as we navigate through transitions and transformations. Before joining New Chapter, I worked as a community-based therapist and Social Worker in child welfare, and in homeless services in Washington. D.C.
