I am a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Owner/Founder of Trauma Dump LLC and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Candidate who is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey in healing from trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief/loss and life transitional stressors.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with past trauma that may be impacting emotions and behaviors in the here-and-now. I am also dedicated to supporting clients in developing a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.
I am proudly aligned with Health at Every Size (HAES) and provide LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming care. I love utilizing a blend of evidence-based treatment modalities to support the unique strengths of each client, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
