You will be welcomed into a supportive, collaborative environment where we will work together to explore your strengths, so you can the live the life that you want. I work to help you understand where you are and who you want to be while creating a "life map". While we are on our therapeutic journey, we will unpack the issues that are holding you hostage in your life, process them and allow you to become free.
I use EMDR to address trauma and core issues of guilt and shame. I also utilize experiential therapeutic models to help reconnect and experience the happiness and joy that you can find in life. As a marriage therapist, I can assist in healthy communication and relationship repair so that you can have the relationship you desire.
