As a therapist with over 15 years of experience, I am honored to work with individuals each day that are open to create change and make choices that allow opportunities for growth. My approach to therapy begins with meeting you where you are at, while creating a safe, supported, strengths focused, and non-judgmental space to work on identifying opportunities and barriers. Together, we can work on your identified goals while you become empowered by your healthy changes and recognizing your resilience. I am available for day or evening appointments to best accommodate your schedule.
I am connected to the approach that once you have addressed the therapeutic barriers you don't have to repeat the work again. I work with teens, and adults with a primary diagnosis of substance abuse, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I am also a certified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic models including holistic approaches to treatment as we work together to find what best suits your needs. I encourage creating healthy relationships and I facilitate family & couple sessions to further create spaces of growth and dialogue within your network.
