Hi! I am an LCSW in the Tulsa and surrounding areas. I have over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, working with clients across the lifespan. My approach is to be open and genuine, while working collaboratively to identify needs and stressors in order to address them and help you find coping skills, techniques and solutions that work for your own life. We will look at each issue holistically and without judgement.
I want to work with anyone that is looking for help that l could provide to them. I am here to be a listener, a helpful partner to work a challenging situation, or someone that helps find coping skills that fit your life and that would work for you. Coping skills should be individualized. I want to meet you where you are and help you grow from there!
I have an ostomy, so I know the daily struggles and frustrations that come with having and living with an ostomy. I would love to help clients learn to talk about any life changes, depression, anxiety, that might prevent living a normalized daily life. I want to help others find true answers that will really benefit their lives, not cookie-cutter solutions.
