I wholeheartedly believe that within everyone lies the capacity to heal, to regenerate and to create the most fulfilling life for ourselves. We all have our own unique blueprints for what it means to thrive, and to live a life of authenticity, alignment and equilibrium. With that in mind, we all also carry forth intergenerational, cultural and relational wounds that are just as unique and important to be unpacked and understood. Since 2014 I have been working in community mental health, crisis outreach and therapeutic services in order to understand what it takes to dissolve suffering and activate emotional healing.
As a therapist, I rely on an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to support adult clients on their path to self-discovery and empowerment. I specialize in trauma integration counseling and building personal awareness in order to understand how mind, body, and spirit all interact to inform our overall health and well-being.
