I am a licensed therapist & clinical supervisor with 16+ years of experience in working with those struggling with eating disorders & co occurring mental health struggles. Now more than ever, it is easy to feel stressed, alone and misunderstood. I work with my clients to address feelings of anxiety, depression, low self esteem, & most recently difficulties with the pandemic and feelings of isolation. I have extensive experience working in eating disorder & mental health treatment, both as a director and a clinician. I have worked in Inpatient, PHP, IOP & Outpatient. My passion has been working with those who have eating disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, grief & loss, depression, anxiety, and struggles with self worth & self esteem.
