Do you feel a sense of disconnection in your relationships? Are you considering divorce or frustrated with your co-parenting relationship? Therapy is a place where you can take a much needed pause from the stresses you face, and explore your inner world and your relationships. I can help you identify what needs attention so you can feel better and more connected to the important people in your life.
I have over 20 years of experience working with families and children. I work from a strengths-based perspective and use a brief therapy approach. My professional experience has included work in schools, child welfare and family court. I offer a variety of divorce-related services, including mediation, co-parenting therapy and custody evaluation.
Family mediation is a major focus of my practice. Mediation is a collaborative process in which a neutral third party helps parents reach agreement on a parenting plan. Mediation saves time and money. It helps families avoid court, and reach solutions in the best interest of their children.
