As a counselor, it is an honor to work with my clients (adolescents-14+ and adults) from a trauma-informed, person-centered approach grounded in evidence-based treatment including CBT and DBT. My experiences in school settings, clinical IOP/outpatient, and private practice helped me develop various skills to support clients.
I am passionate about helping clients go from surviving to thriving through strategies such as teaching, listening, reflection, exploration, skill building, and more.
