I primarily work with people who have experienced trauma or neglect at some point in their lives. I love getting to help clients as they become more of themselves and learn to love themselves. Body Nurture Group for Women
This group focuses on increasing awareness and responsiveness to our bodies. Focus is on self compassion, mindfulness, and body acceptance. We do gentle movement, yoga practices, and somatic exercises alongside group discussion. This group is for women only and is offered bi weekly.
