Welcome to Wellspring, I'm Shannon! I am a counselor, licensed in Wisconsin (LPC) & Iowa (LMHC) and work primarily with couples and individuals interested in working through trauma, anxiety, grief and life transitions.

I operate from a neuro-somatic (mind and body) framework and work to create a safe environment for all identities for healing. I'm passionate about tailoring therapy to each client’s needs and desires - I aim to create a therapy space that is collaborative, client-centered, justice-focused and trauma-sensitive.
