I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who provides individual counseling services to adults 18+ for a variety of mental health concerns. I also coordinate and lead the adult daytime Intensive Outpatient Program at Premier Behavioral Health Services. I will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan, ensuring that we work towards meeting the goals you have for yourself. I am committed to using evidence based practice-such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy -to work towards a reduction in symptoms and improved quality of everyday life.
I strive to be empathetic, understanding, nonjudgmental and attentive as a counselor. I work hard to help my clients feel comfortable in the counseling process-something that is new for many people. I truly have a passion for the work I do, it is much more than just my profession.
I'm very passionate about the practice of mindfulness- intentionally being present in the moment. A focus of mine is to teach this practice of mindfulness to my clients in order to improve their ability to function amongst life's ups and downs. I look forward to working with you.

Adult Daytime DBT IOP
IOP provides group therapy in a safe, supportive, and validating environment. With treatment, patients develop core skills to cope with life's challenges and effectively manage mental health problems. This program is designed for patients with the following diagnoses: * Anxiety * Depression * Eating Disorders * Bipolar Disorders * Self-harm behaviors, suicidal thoughts, or attempts.
