Accepting New Clients! - Available in RI via telehealth - I enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety/stress, life problems/transitions, self-confidence, or relationship issues; new parents trying to navigate parenthood; as well as those struggling with or know someone struggling with addiction. I work collaboratively with the client to process feelings and emotions and explore new perspectives. I pride myself on being very empathetic and able to meet people where they are at.
I enjoy working with college students and adults going through life transitions. My background is in CBT, but I tend to use a variety of techniques in treatment. I employ a strength based, client centered, perspective to help clients realize their potential and engage clients in finding the answers to reach their goals within themselves.
Appointments available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9am-4pm in-person and telehealth, and Thursdays from 9am-4pm telehealth only.
