I have experience helping people of diverse backgrounds and identities in various stages of life, including adolescents, young adults, middle adults, and older adults, as they explore issues that arise through transitions, losses, daily stresses, and changing relationships as well as experiences of grief, trauma, family issues, identity exploration, divorce, infertility, depression, and anxiety. Different phases of life can bring new challenges or raise old concerns that we thought were behind us. I assist people in exploring their current worries in response to specific goals as well as the desire for deeper understanding.
There is no phase of life that precludes growth and no wrong time to address concerns or further self-understanding. I believe that lasting change occurs in the context of a collaborative relationship based on mutually understood goals. It is a privilege to help people create the change they seek.
I work with individuals and couples and provide parent support and guidance - in conjunction with child work and for parents whose child is seeing a different clinician. I am not in-network with any insurance plans, however I will provide the necessary documentation to utilize your out-of-network benefits.
