I specialize in trauma informed, outside of the box therapy. I enjoy working with people who find conforming to societal norms a bit challenging. I like to highlight the strengths of such uniqueness, while also giving resources that can help manage every day "normal" life. I prefer a holistic approach that focuses on the mind-body connection. I've had success in reducing anxiety, depression, ADHD and autism symptoms with a combination of diet and behavioral interventions.
In addition, I'm a Certified Trauma Professional trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I believe trauma can be physically stored in the body, and traditional therapies often fail to get to the source. I use body-centered techniques to help gently process and release trauma.
I am also passionate about supporting parents who have been blessed with high-needs children, in whatever form that may take. I support anxiety, ADHD, OCD, ODD, ASD and gifted clients.
