I offer a holistic and humanistic approach; I believe the problems you are facing should be understood in the context of your full being, and that working from a foundation of full acceptance is essential.
As a master's level music therapist, I am trained to use music as a tool to assist clients on their path. We might weave in songwriting, active music listening, lyric analysis, music improvisation, music visualization, or any number of other methods alongside traditional verbal processing to help you achieve your goals.
