I enjoy working with clients who are unsure of what the therapeutic experience looks and feels like. I am honored to create a space where they can be seen and heard. I enjoy helping a client realize that at the core, counseling is a conversation between two individuals in a safe space. I also enjoy showing up for clients in ways that others in their lives have not.
I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, stress, and interpersonal difficulties. I utilize CBT and trauma-focused treatment modalities.
If you are ready to begin your healing journey, contact me to discuss the next steps.
