My extensive knowledge with CBT, DBT and relapse prevention will educate and motivate you to be able you to intervene and provide relief from cycles of problematic behavior, thinking distortions and mood instability. I have been EMDR trained, am under supervision and working towards certification.
I have a wide range of knowledge and expertise in various levels of care that enables me to work with you in managing crisis intervention or coping with everyday stressors that are interfering with life.
