Shannon is eager to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world through unique approaches including animal assisted and nature-based therapy.
In addition to talk therapy in the office, she offers therapeutic experiences that combine the powerful healing aspects of animals, such as horses and dogs, with activities and experiences that help you reconnect with nature, deepen relationships with yourself/ the world around you, and gain tools and skills that help you manage life through all stages.
