Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist experienced in supporting adolescents, adults, and families move through challenging circumstances. I specialize in working with clients in individual and group settings to treat anxiety, depression, low self esteem, gender identity, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I'm passionate about helping people improve their self-worth and coping skills to live healthier, happier lives, as well as assisting families strengthen relationships through better communication and understanding.
I provide a safe space free from judgment. My therapy style is warm, inviting, and down to earth with a sense of humor. I utilize therapeutic skills from Humanistic, CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I work with clients in collaboration towards their goals at their pace.
