I provide counseling/psychotherapy services to teens and adults who experience stressors relating to anxiety, mood disorders (such as depression), life transitions, self-esteem, and relationships with self and others. I strive to help my clients find their inner strength and make positive changes to better manage life's stressors. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space to discuss and process your experiences and emotions.
I am passionate about empowering and encouraging my clients through a collaborative approach. My approach is Person-Centered. I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy into an eclectic style that is tailored to each clients’ unique needs and goals.
