My own therapeutic journey began in college with a wonderful therapist who inspired me to pursue a career in mental health. I then chose to specialize in OCD because of the lack of understanding and effective treatment. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD.

We have intensive training in ERP therapy, the gold standard for OCD treatment, which helps individuals regain control of their lives.
