My practice is focused on adults who feel overwhelmed by life's stressors. I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mental health struggles. My goal is to provide a safe space, which might not be available in their daily lives, for my clients to work through thoughts and feelings. I am an advocate for the LGBTQ community and specialize in helping clients work through grief, relationships and work-related concerns. I have basic training in EMDR. I became a therapist because I enjoy helping clients overcome obstacles in their lives. I am a former advertising executive with knowledge of the industry.
