Taking a gentle and holistic approach rooted in care (with a dash of humor), we'll explore past and present experiences and how they have impacted your mind, body, and soul. We’ll explore the lasting effects and together find ways to move through the hard parts and honor any wisdom they hold.
I'm a bi-racial, queer, neurospicy, and highly sensitive person trying to make sense of the world. Additionally, as a near death experiencer I hold special interest in aiding others in integration work post NDE, OBE, spiritually transformative or mystical experience.
