I am a Licensed Social Worker who specializes in but not limited to, Major Depressive D/o, Anxiety D/o, Mood d/o, Women's Issues, & Substance Abuse. My primary focus is on creating a safe & therapeutic environment for clients to use, for the purpose of building upon strengths and implementing positive change in their lives. I have an extensive background in crisis interv. & have worked with clients in the hospital setting in developing treatment plans & assisting clients meet their goals.
I work with a relatively broad group of clients, but have worked extensively in the area of trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and women's issues. You can expect to learn a variety of different skills and feel comfortable beginning the journey toward improving your mental health with me.
