In my therapeutic approach, I integrate traditional art therapy with evidence-based counseling methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices that are client centered. Allowing me to tailor my sessions to meet the individual needs of each client, to foster a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their emotions.
