Although change can be incredibly uncomfortable, I strive to have my clients feel a little lighter after each session. I'm skilled at breaking down complicated situations to make them feel more manageable because I know it can be overwhelming to tackle it alone. I learn something priceless from every child, adolescent and adult client I work with.
