My work integrates somatic psychotherapy, neuro-psychology, behavioral change, and holistic practice, and I see relationships through the lens of attachment theory. Together, we unravel responses that aren't serving you, and we build new pathways towards a more fulfilling version of life, however you define that. We use our relationship, your self-knowledge and life-knowledge, and my specialized training to move your life into something personally satisfying.
I am trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (I'm a SEP), Breathwork, Meditation, and Project Management. I work with anxiety, PTS/D, chronic pain, medical trauma, abuse, and illness including insomnia, migraine, and body system issues. I also focus on life transition, transformation, habit change, and aspirational goals.
