As a complex trauma therapist, I specialize in a variety of modalities including: brainspotting, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), somatic experiencing, mindfulness meditation, and expressive arts. I work with teens and adults who have experienced childhood trauma.
I also support clients who experience feelings of shame or guilt and may exhibit some, but not all, symptoms of PTSD.
I work with clients to build resilience, self-regulation skills, and reconnect with their sense of self. I am a trauma-sensitive 500- hour yoga teacher and intersectional feminist. I strive to meet my clients with humor, humility, and clinical knowledge. My goal is to help clients heal from past trauma and build a more fulfilling life in the present.
