But you don't have to figure it out alone. With a masters degree in Psychology and an emphasis in Life Coaching, I can help you navigate these often, overwhelming seasons of life. (A former secondary educator, I also work with teenagers.)
APSAT trained, I have helped many women and couples recover from the trauma of betrayal in their relationship. We work on boundary setting, empathy, and communication, as well as, understanding the physiological impacts trauma can have on the body and how to begin to implement self-care.
With a faith-based goal of a healed and thriving marriage, I understand this is not always the outcome.
