I am a individual, family and child advocate that has worked in many different areas providing counseling, support, education, and advocacy. I have provided therapy services to children, teens, adults, and families dealing with a multitude of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, crisis, and phase of life issues.
My services are most successful with adults seeking to overcome barriers, find solutions, heal from trauma and develop coping skills. Taking the first step and reaching out is the hardest part.
