Welcome! I am so glad that you came across my page. If you're here, you must be thinking about getting support. You've come to the right place. I specialize in working with teens and young adult women who experience anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism and complex or relational trauma. I help my clients to understand how these experiences are effecting their lives, and learn how to stop intellectualizing their feelings and how to cope with them instead
I believe in a person-centered approach, empowering my clients to tailor the therapeutic journey to meet their individual needs. I utilize psychodynamic approaches to help clients identify patterns in behavior, to better understand how past events affect their current and future experiences. I use CBT methods to help my client's make the necessary changes.
