I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Oriented Recovery Services, Seeking Safety, and Motivational Interviewing. With children I use play and therapeutic art techniques to help facilitate expression of difficult and uncomfortable emotions. My goal is to help foster motivation and gain perspective.
