I specialize in working with women and couples. I am trained in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International, specializing in working with perinatal depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility, and pregnancy loss. In my couples work, I utilize Gottman-based strategies. I work closely with parents on parenting difficulties and strategies, as well as co-parenting dynamics. Besides supporting couples and women in their motherhood journeys, I am also passionate about supporting high achieving women manage anxiety and stress and unlearning unhelpful patterns in their personal and professional lives.
I am eclectic in my therapeutic relationship, making sure to always meet the client where they are at. My focus is primarily around communication, boundaries, attachments, and dysfunctional family systems. I utilize my knowledge of life transitions, intergenerational trauma, immigrant trauma, and cycle breaking to inform my approach.
