My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I am trained in and utilize evidence based treatment modalities such as EMDR, Polyvagal, and IFS to help you gain insight about yourself and your experiences to navigate your thoughts and beliefs. I also have training and experience working with sexual behaviors, infidelity, and ENM.
