I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. As a licensed clinical and sport psychologist, I am available to work with people who are looking to improve their performance on and off the field. Whether you are an athlete or not, I view myself as a collaborative teammate who can help you achieve your goals. I have experience working with people from all backgrounds, including adults, adolescents, children, families, and athletes. I have also worked in various settings, such as correctional facilities, university counseling centers, and private practice.
I approach treatment from an integrative theory, using CBT, mindfulness, and internal family systems (IFS). I incorporate each client's values and cultural background. I'm seasoned in treating a range of difficulties including, but not limited to sport psychology, depression, anxiety, PTSD, learning disabilities, and grief in adolescents and adults.
